Unlike some companies that encourage employees to “stick with what you know” Urban Systems’ philosophy is “go to where you’ll grow.”  Because we operate in seven locations throughout British Columbia and Alberta, our people are able to move to the location and work with clients where they will have the best opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the success of company.

 

We are intentional about growing leaders. People with leadership potential, regardless of their years of experience or technical training, are recognized and supported at Urban Systems. We use project opportunities, mentoring and coaching, performance management processes and formal leadership training to develop skills, build knowledge, and eventually transfer ownership to the next generation.
