We’re in it for the long-haul!

Urban Systems is not for sale.  This simple truth has a profound effect on how we operate and plan for the future.  One of our core values is longevity.  This means that we are committed to passing on to the next generation of leaders an Urban Systems that is not only intact, but improved.  We continually invest in building for the future, paying particular attention to people development, practice development, and client development.

A defining quality of Urban Systems over the years has been “split vision.” This refers to our ability to keep one eye on today (current operations) and one eye on tomorrow (positioning for the future).  We put a lot of emphasis on developing annual plans at all levels and setting specific goals to be achieved.  This enables us to stay focused on the things that matter most to the long term success of Urban Systems.
